Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InferexAI platform available at inferexai.in and related APIs (collectively the "Service"), operated by Enterux Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account and KYC

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys confidential.
  • KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar) is required before you can top up your wallet, create API keys, or make API calls.
  • Providing false KYC information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
  • Notify us immediately at support@inferexai.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. The Service

InferexAI provides an OpenAI-compatible HTTP API that routes your requests to third-party large language model (LLM) providers. We act as an intermediary; we do not operate the underlying models.

  • Availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or SLA unless separately agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Model availability depends on our upstream providers and may change without notice.

4. Wallet and Payments

  • The Service operates on a prepaid wallet model. You top up credits in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
  • Credits are deducted in real time as you make API calls, based on token consumption and the applicable per-model rate.
  • Wallet credits have no expiry unless your account is terminated.
  • Pricing is subject to change; we will provide at least 7 days' notice of any rate increase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Develop, train, or fine-tune competing AI models using output from the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or excessively load the Service in a way that disrupts other users.
  • Circumvent rate limits, billing controls, or security measures.
  • Use automated scripts to generate fraudulent API traffic.
  • Violate any applicable Indian or international law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, its design, and its underlying technology. You retain all rights in the content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to transmit and process your inputs solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated output, or uninterrupted operation. AI outputs may be inaccurate — always validate before relying on them for important decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We encourage resolving disputes informally first — email support@inferexai.in.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
